What cities do you Deliver to?
We are located in Downey, CA and only service the following cities: Downey, Paramount, Bell Gardens, Lynwood, Compton, Norwalk, South Gate and Bellflower.

How long are you rentals for?
Our advertised rental price is for an 6 hours. We also offer overnight rentals for 20% more or multiple days for 50% for each consecutive day after.

When do you set up?
Our Rentals are for 6 Hours. Customers select a time block for 6 hours upon booking. We also offer overnight and mulitple day rentals.

We've rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
No. The jumpers should be clean when you get it. Jump O'Rama cleans and disinfects after every rental.

Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.

What about parks? Do you deliver to Parks?
No, we do not delivery to Parks.

What payments do you take?
Debit/Credit cards only. We are a cashless business. We do not accept checks. Full balance must be paid before event date.

What if we need to cancel?
Cancellations must be done at least 7-days before event date in order to get a raincheck (store credit). Any cancellation of 6-days or less will result in a canellation fee equal to order total. Payments made are non-refundable.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes we require full payment upon booking via debit or credti card. We do not accept cash or checks. We are a cashless business.

Are you Insured?
Yes, we are fully licensed and Insured in California.

Can we tip the drivers in cash?
Yes, drivers are allowed to accept cash tips.

What surfaces do you set up on?
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), asphalt, aftificial turf, hardwood, carpet and cement. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of dirt, gravel, rocks, sand as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumpers.

Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence  will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We also offer a damage waiver that is an option to add on your rental order. This will cover you against any unintentional damages done to the rental equipment. This can be added to your order at any time before the delivery date.
