What cities do you Deliver to?
We are located in Downey, CA and only service the following cities: Downey, Paramount, Bell Gardens, Lynwood, Compton, North Long Beach, South Gate and Bellflower.

How long are you rentals for?
Our advertised rental price is for a 7 hour rental.

When do you set up?
We may deliver between 1 hour before your selected delivery time upto your selected delivery time, and same for pick up between the selected pick up time and 1 hour after. Set up takes about 30 minutes.

We've rented some really dirty jumps from other companies in the past. Are they always that dirty?
No. The jumpers should be clean when you get it. Jump O'Rama cleans and disinfects after every rental.

Do we have to keep it plugged in the entire time?
Yes. A blower keeps air in the jump unit the entire time. Once unplugged they deflate. That's why we require an outlet within 50 feet of the unit or a generator. Longer cords can pop your circuit breaker so we bring our own heavy duty cords.

What about parks? Do you deliver to Parks?
No, we do not delivery to Parks. We also do not service Schools, Churches, Corporate Events, City Events, HOA's, Block Parties or Apartment Complexes at this time. We only deliver to private single family homes.

What payments do you take?
Cash or Credit Cards. If paying by cash, please have exact change as our drivers do not carry cash.

What if we need to cancel?
Cancellations must be done at least 7-days before event date in order to get a raincheck (store credit) for payments made. Any cancellation of 6 or less days will result in cancellation fees equal to order total.

Do you require a deposit?
Yes all orders require a 20% Credit Card deposit.

Yes, we are fully licensed and Insured in California.

Can we tip the drivers in cash?
Yes, drivers are allowed to accept cash tips.

What surfaces do you set up on?
We can set up on Grass (our favorite and best for the kids), asphalt, aftificial turf, hardwood, carpet and cement. Sorry, we can't set up on any type of dirt, gravel, rocks, sand as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl jumpers.

Are we responsible for the unit if it gets a tear or damaged in any way?
Yes and no. You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars. We also offer a damage waiver that is an option to add on your rental order. This will cover you against any unintentional damages done to the rental equipment. This can be added to your order at any time before the delivery date.
