Terms and Conditions
RESERVATION LENGTH:
As stated on the rental contract.
1. SETUP:
Inflatables can be setup on grass, dirt (additional fee), concrete, asphalt, or indoors. There is a charge if there are steps in the path to the setup area. Client is responsible for measuring their setup area to make sure there is a large enough space for setup. If, upon delivery, Cindys Jumpers discovers there is not enough space for setup, then a cancellation fee may be applied, up to the full amount of the rental. Hills or slight inclines in setup location should be a maximum of 5 degrees. Gates and walkways have to be a minimum of 4 feet wide for all inflatables.
2. DELIVERY TIME/PICK UP TIME:
All deliveries will be done between selected time and 1 hour before. Pick up times will be done between selected time and 1 hour after.
3. OVERNIGHT:
Overnight fee is 20% extra and will be picked up next morning at 9am. Equipment must be left in a secure location such as indoors or secured residential private backyard. Overnights will be not be granted in unsecured locations or front yards.
4. BEFORE THE DELIVERY PERSON ARRIVES:
Please make sure that the yard is clean and ready for setup. Animals must be in a secured area, away from the area the unit is being setup. It is also the client's responsibility to have the sprinklers turned off and sprinkler lines clearly marked. We cannot be held responsible for damage to unmarked sprinkler/sprinkler lines during set up/take down of units. If a unit gets Wet due to sprinklers there will be an extra cleaning fee charged.
5. PAYMENTS:
We accept cash and credit/debit card payments. If paying with cash please have exact amount as drivers do not carry change. Payment due upon delivery before set up.
6. DELIVERY POLICY:
Someone over the age of 18 with a valid California issued ID/Driver's License must be present to sign for all equipment. If no one at least 18 years of age is home, the delivery person cannot wait. There will be a minimum fee of $50 to redeliver your equipment, if the delivery person is available to do so.
7. WATER SLIDES:
Water Slides require a regular garden hose (not provided) within range of the setup area. Water should be turned off when the water slide is not being used.
8. HOME DELIVERIES ONLY POLICY:
We only deliver to homes. We DO NOT deliver to parks, churches, schools, corporate, businesses, HOA's, Apartment Complexes, City Events, Concerts or other locations that is not a single family private home. Orders that do not meet this requiremnt will be cancelled.
9. CANCELLATIONS POLICY: Cancellation Policy: All payments and deposits are non-refundable. If an order is cancelled within 7 or more days from the event date, we will issue a raincheck (store credit) valid from 1 year from date of cancellation. If the order is cancelled within 6 or less days, the full amount will be charged as a cancellation fee.
10. IN EVENT OF RAIN:
In the event of rain during your rental, it is unsafe for anyone to play inside the inflatable. It is your responsibility to unplug the blower from the electrical outlet and place it indoors in a dry location. If the weather clears up, reconnect the blower so the water can run out and wipe the inflatable with a towel until dry. Once the unit is dry and safe, children are able to go back in.
11. WATER POLICY:
Water is only to be placed on Water Slides. If water is put on any other unit there will be a minimum cleaning fee of $150.
12. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Note: Due to constant product development and improvement, delivered unit may differ slightly from picture.
13. CONTRACT REQUIRES DIGITAL SIGNATURE
All contracts will have to be signed digitally prior to delivery. Check your email receipt for contract link to sign contract if not yet signed.
14. DAMAGE WAIVER:
If the Damage Waiver is purchased, it will protect client from being responsible for any unintentional damages to rental items. This damage waiver is NOT insurance. Damage waiver does not cover theft, intentional damage, loss due to failure to care for the unit(s), loss of any rental and replacement cost.
